Getting started: your organisation on Nibor
Nibor gives your organisation AI-built internal apps plus the surfaces to run them: a Studio for builders, a Workspace for everyone, and Nibor OS, a web desktop.
1. Get your account
Nibor is invite-only: your account is created when you accept an invitation — either from our team (for pilots and new companies, see the pilot programme) or from a colleague whose organisation you're joining. The invitation email contains a single-use link where you choose a password; you're signed in immediately after.
2. Your organisation
Everything in Nibor is scoped to your organisation: apps, members, branding, usage limits and billing. The person named in the company's first invitation becomes its owner and manages it in the Portal.
3. Invite your team
Under Portal → Organization → Members, invite colleagues by email. Two things to know:
- No pre-existing account is needed — the invitation itself creates one. Each invite is single-use, bound to the invited address, and expires after 7 days.
- Each member gets a role: viewer, member, admin or owner. Admins manage members and settings; owners can additionally change roles, configure SSO and delete the organisation.
4. Build your first app
Open the Studio, press + New, and describe the tool you need in plain language ("A project tracker with tasks, deadlines and a weekly report"). Nibor plans it with you, generates the full app, database and security included, and gives it a live address the moment you publish. See the Studio guide.
5. Roll it out
Published apps appear automatically in your organisation's Workspace and in Nibor OS. Your team signs in with their Nibor accounts; each app can also have its own end-user accounts if it is customer-facing.
